Some one ask for Rain?

I know this is late but August is terrible. It is hot and humid. It is like 115 degrees and 100 percent humidity. This summer there were 89 days over 100 and 36 over 110. I stopped watching the count down on the news. We have Monsoons that come from the Gulf of California (Mexico)-it is only 2 hours away. It is also only 4 hours to San Diego. You can't go out in August- except for brief moments like this after the storm has passed. Look at this puddle left over. Good thing school starts August 7th because August is a waste but October is heaven and we have a week off for fall break to enjoy it.

Do you need a ride?

Everyday I take Josie and Lilly on a little ride. We take Lilly to Pre-school on the bike (3mile round trip) and then we try to end the day with a little ride through the neighborhood or down to Aunt Tracie's house. It is really cute to look back at them in the trailer. Lilly is just chattering away and Josie sort of hums when I get going fast. It is finally in the low 90's and it is pleasant to be on a bike. Yippee!!!
